We left for our safari at 6am with the sun rising.
8 hours later, with our bones shaken, we arrived at our stop-over lodge, and as you can see from the view, it was well worth the journey.
Arguments have ensued about the first animal to be seen, as birds a plenty were seen on route. It was decided that birds didn’t count.
